They even give a list of their personal favorites so it’s like having a local guide before you even leave the hotel room. Complimentary water and prosecco was a great surprise touch. "Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22. "

"The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time. "
