Our experience in the hotel was spoiled with the absence of water for half a day and no hot water when we needed. We were disappointed with it and raised the issue with the management. The young lady who told us that she was the manager agreed with our request to reimburse our hotel fee, but asked us to go through Wotif, and she promised that they would agree to pay it back. However when we went through Wotif for reimbursement, Okko hotel management did not keep their promise.
I would not trust a hotel management who doesn’t keep their promise.
