"Our stay was wonderful, probably the best B&B my wife have stayed in. It was comfortable, beautifully designed and spacious. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. The views were stupendous, of course the almost tropical weather helped. Breakfast was just what we expected from a Yorkshire B&B. We cannot speak too highly of Throstle Nest Farm. Thank you very much.

"Wanted to stay somewhere with a rural charm, and this did not disappoint! Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the half board which offered great value. Proper pub food, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Same can be said about breakfast. Great location to explore the area and walks nearby. Only slight downside were that the walls were quite thin so you could hear movements from neighbouring rooms. "
"Great place. The guy at check in was brilliant. Had salmon and king scallops for tea and was beautiful. The Missus enjoyed her fish n chips. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had and the lady got us in early cos we had somewhere to go. Couldn’t do enough for us. Will go again 100%"

"I love stopping here. Its less than a 2 minute from the train station and the Peice Hall, and a 3 minute walk to the shops and bus station.

Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning.
Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars.

"Booked a room the night before my graduation. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones in the area but exceeded expectations. Modern interior, nice bar and cosy but spacious rooms. We had a slight issue with cleanliness in our room, but the manager couldn’t do enough to apologise and rectify this for us. Would stay again if in the area."
