The breakfast food is pretty bad.
My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired.
Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night.

"We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

"I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle.
HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight).
The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....

"Nice big spacious room, big bathroom with fantastic shower. Tv was huge. Nespresso ma bones in the rooms. The old brick walls made this hotel room practically soundproof making for an excellent sleep. Staff were all very friendly from the valet to the maids and front desk. Here is my bad news. The room had a slight musty smell when entering and the mattresses could be replaced. That wouldn’t stop me, I would come back again."
