Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa
Nice place but noisy. Be aware of the rooms close to the lift due to lift motor noise. They could not accommodate a room move.

The Monterey Hotel
Charming historic hotel in a very convenient downtown location. It’s within walking distance of many restaurants, Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, and the Presidio of Monterey, which made exploring easy. Carmel Bay View Inn
We had a great stay. Only suggestion would be better breakfast options. Does anyone really eat that highly processed, artificial Yoplait stuff they claim is yoghurt?
