"Nice hotel definitely will be coming back again with my family everyone was nice and helpful we had a balcony room on the 2nd floor nice view and the ducks were awesome our only complaint was the pools were very strong with chemicals but I understand there's alot of people in and out but I feel they may be a Lil strong we swam for about 10 mins and got out me or my son couldn't handle it other then that it was great the room the breakfast all great"

"We have stayed at The Walden several times. This time was no different. Staff members were friendly. We were greeted at time of arrival. (A warm welcome goes a long way in today’s world!) Our room was refreshed daily & stocked with fresh towels. The manager engaged in conversation with me when I checked out. He was well dressed, professional & friendly. He thanked my family & I for staying with them again. Highly recommend & will plan to stay there again when vacationing in Pigeon Forge!"

"This property and the staff was nothing short of Amazing if If I would say anything negative about this property the breakfast was amazing but I tried it at several different times and learned while the hours say 7 A.M. - 10 A.M. if you came after 9 it was not sufficiently stocked and not many choices. Rooms were nice pool was amazing and staff was nothing short of amazing though."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge, TN. The hotel was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing throughout, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool, lazy river, lobby bistro, and outdoor fire pit were great additions and made the hotel feel like more than just a place to sleep. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the water temperature...

"Felt safe. Very clean. Pool and surrounding area looked nice. Very limited food items. So not really a breakfast provided. Beds were clean but not exactly comfortable. But overall a very nice place for the price. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff was nice and room was spacious. Parking lot was tight (of course almost everyone drives huge cars these days). Biggest downfall is the single elevator for five floors of guests and the housekeeping staff to use."
