"The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. Food yummy! View and rooftopamazing! Location perfect! "

The room was also cleaned everyday and topped up with water, coffee/tea and the staff were extremely helpful, professional and greeted me everyday with a big smile.
