"Great all around. The staff could not be more helpful. Excellent security. There was no ice machine on the floor, and it didn't say where to get it, so that could be improved. Also, a refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Very good breakfast buffet to start the day. On the downside, I didn't appreciate getting pitched in the lobby to buy some future stays in one of their other hotels, almost like a timeshare kind of deal. Overall though very impressed, and you can't beat the location."

"I had a wonderful experience during my first stay in New York.
The location was great, and having complimentary coffee and water, as well as free access to the laundry facilities and gym, was incredibly convenient and helpful.
The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, so I didn’t experience the usual stresses you sometimes encounter when staying at hotels overseas.

"Wonderful smaller hotel adjacent to Washington Square park in the West Village. Incredible location if you want to enjoy this part of NYC but close to subway stops as well. Nice small lounge area with tables and coffee, tea and water all day. Pastries and a coffee bar for breakfast is a nice touch. The restaurant is being remodeled at the moment. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and sparse and could use a few more pictures on the wall and the bathroom...
