"Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir bereits um kurz nach 11 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen durften. Wir kennen das Hotel von früheren New York Trips und waren sehr davon begeistert, dass die Zimmer renoviert wurden. Und, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Als ich mein Gepäckstück, welches ich am letzten Tag für ein paar Stunden aufbewahren ließ, abgeholt habe und Trinkgeld geben wollte, wurde dieses dankend abgelehnt."

"This hotel was wonderful! We (two of us) stayed in a superior room and had a view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is in the PERFECT location to walk to everything inmidtown Manhattan. The bed is the MOST comfortable hotel I've ever slept on and the pillows and bedding are top notch. Will definitely be staying here again!"
