"I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. The staff is great but the hotel is in decline. It seems to get worse over time. Their towels have a unique smell. The hotel tried to charge me for a tear in a towel which was clearly visible to wear. The shower head was so loose from wear that it would not stay in a steady position during my shower. "It’s very clean you will not be disappointed."

"All staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient to restaurants, cafes, stores and even hospital. Overall it is great place to stay. Was just surprised that there was a stain in the towels in the bathroom, no face towels and tv does not connect to wifi. We're t a deal breaker but very unfortunate that the spa and thengym were unavailable during the week we were there 😕"
