"The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...

"I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. The staff is great but the hotel is in decline. It seems to get worse over time. Their towels have a unique smell. The hotel tried to charge me for a tear in a towel which was clearly visible to wear. The shower head was so loose from wear that it would not stay in a steady position during my shower.
