"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn ’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"The videos you find on YouTube truly don’t reflect the reality of the condition and experiences. People make this hotel sound amazing. The hotel is old and staff does a good job keeping the entrance and lobby area clean. If you go during a low “tourist time” it’s not the best option. The hotel food is not very good or kid friendly."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, amazing rooms with hammocks on each balcony. Great view, beach and pool areas. Highly recommend if you want a holiday to switch off"
