"I only stayed at the Hyatt on a layover, but wished I had been able to arrive earlier and stay longer. I didn’t have to wait for the shuttle so I felt very safe despite my late arrival. The room was very spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly."

"Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in. Front desk offered a room change. Waited for housekeepers for 3 hours one day after scheduling times when I checked in. Saw there was not enough wash clothes early morning of check out. Restaurant- bar was being renovated and did not receive food credits. Front desk staff was very cordial though."

"The housekeeper Hilda Pineda was awesome. She was very courteous and helpful. She accommodated my family with towels due to my being ill. She cleaned my room spectacular and never made me feel bad about how I had vomit in the restroom. She was so nice. A special Thank you to her for her assistance.."

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"
