The smell of Gardenia/Jasmin was too strong in the foyer and elevator Room Very clean and comfortable I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work. The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed. The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them. I almost slipped out...

"Upon getting off the elevator for the 4th floor where our room was, you could feel how warm it was. Entering our room was even worse. It felt like a sauna. We tried to turn the air on, and over an hour later it still felt just as warm. We tried to sleep but it was so warm we were sweating and our clothes were sticking to us. It felt so suffocating in our room that I had to go ask the front desk at almost midnight if there was anything they could do, hoping to be offered a different room where...

"The room looked nothing like the ones shown on the website. The air conditioning switch was broken and the only option was the fan that blew warm air in. The temperature in the room was at least 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the property as it had no windows that could be opened. The windows ran from roof to the floor and acted as a greenhouse. The blind, presumably installed to reduce this affect, was broken. Staff didn't ask how our stay had been when we left. We will not be returning."

"After an initial problem with the room, the manager offered us an upgrade. One of our fav hotels. Great location over looking the marina and Thames. Looks like restaurant had a refit since we were last there. Swimming pool is excellent although could do with a bit of decorating. Will be going back. Watch out for parking charges at nearby design centre. Cheaper to book than turn up and pay."

"The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The tube station is a ten minute walk. We had food at the hotel and it was lovely the breakfast in the morning. Though, was plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Had a good stay for 1 night, the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of everything in Canary Wharf. However, the rooms are slightly tight for 2 people, anything over 1 night may be quite a squeeze. But still a wonderfully decorated hotel."

"Läget på hotellet är bra, det är enkelt att ta sig till och från. Snabbheten i restaurangen är inte den kvickaste, men ändå ok. Det som var tråkigt denna gången (vi brukar bo här i samband med Chelsea Flower Show) var attityden på frukosten. Det tog oss 15minuter att få vår kaffe och de som kom efter oss fick både sina kaffe och omeletter före oss. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och gick till svar att det var ju tråkigt att höra. Inte riktigt vad man väntar sig av ett hotell i denna klass."
