The Francis Marion Hotel
This hotel is all about the location. If you are expecting a modern hotel this isn’t it, you can tell the rooms and in general the hotel is outdated. But the room was spacious, bathroom was tiny though.

The Ryder Hotel
Our room did not have much extra space. But we only spent one night there. The hotel was a convenient walk to the sights and food of Charleston.

Planters Inn
Beautiful property in a great location. Our room opened out to a large balcony overlooking the garden/courtyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee to the sounds of water and birds every morning. We walked almost everywhere, but also used the free shuttle.
