"Fantastic place to stay in London! Close to public transportation options and Regent's Park. The pub/inn atmosphere is very cozy and feels like a very authentic British experience. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Just be prepared that there are lots of narrow stairways and the building is older so you can hear your neighbors a little bit, but it we didn't personally feel this was an issue. "I loved the Hotel and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had a mishap which lead to one of us to get locked out of their room after help had already left. Thankfully after a bit of stress we were able to have someone come open it for us and let us back in. I would suggest letting guests, especially foreigners know that the place will shut up at a certain point but besides that the stay was great albeit a little loud from the traffic. Would 10/10 recommend "

"Absolute Gem of a Hotel, bed and pillows were comfortable, nice big room, absolutely fantastic Breakfast, one of the best I have enjoyed, this is a 250yr old building yet oozes character, attached to a lovely pub, some of the big brands and more expensive hotels could learn a lot from hospitality from these guys. "A very cheerful and helpful welcome which is always appreciated. The Hotel was conveniently beside the A4 and easy to find. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Dining in the Hungry Horse was OK but not exceptional.
