"A very pleasant stay at “The Carps”. Very pleasant, helpful, friendly staff. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and roomy shower room. The room layout reflects the history of the property with a couple of shallow steps between the bedroom and shower. We stayed for dinner and were rewarded by a tasty meal. "Everything about this stay was perfect. Firstly the hosts were nothing short of incredible, very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, everything you need for a couple night stay. "The rooms were really nice and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was laid out at 9pm, which I understand due to it being an airport hotel however this then meant that come the morning, there was not much of anything left over. There was 1 pastry left at 7.30am, and no staff until around to replenish this. "
