Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
The stay was amazing. The staff was very professional and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless and modern. There isn’t on site parking and valet got expensive after a couple of day, but other than that— this is the perfect hotel.

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was in a good area. There were crumbs on the table when we entered our room. The carpet seemed old and dirty and the room had a weird smell. It was ok for a quick weekend stay while visiting friends
