Congress Plaza Hotel
The bathtub had rust spots including tape placed on it. The water was barely warm for washing.

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
This was my first time staying in a Riu Hotel and I was incredibly impressed. It was super clean, the staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was awesome. Five stars!!
