"It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us! "

"Gente lugar simples, mas incrível, chuveiro ótimo, cama ótima, as pessoas são maravilhosas, mas uma ressalva para o senhor Guilhermo, gente sem palavras para cordialidade desse senhor, ele é um fofo, minha vontade era trazer ele pra minha casa, ajudou a gente em vários momentos, fez lanche pra gente levar, quando nós tínhamos q sair muito cedo, sem palavras para esse senhorzinho lindo, meu coração chega balança quando lembro dele, o lugar é ótimo e ele com certeza é a cereja do bolo ❤️ obrigada...

"Amazing stay, perfect in every way. Buti I would only reccommend for those who have a rented vehicle.By car, It is very close to town,(3 KM) but not really walking distance, and taxis/ubers are not readily available. That said, staff is incredibly attentive, surroundings are beautiful, rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy,comfortable, well sized, and functional.Great pool ! Really can't say enough about this desert hideaway. 10 stars accross th board... "

"Very quiet and private cabins Clean We rented a car directly from Kona Koa lodge which was very fast and easy They offer private tours which was great and very easy to book Picked up and dropped off from The airport was seamless "

"Overall it was a nice experience. Tents are very close each other, same as the common areas. Even though we were advice by the silent rule during the evening we still could hear loud people from the next tents and the following da, at the common area. Staff very friendly and useful. Cleaning ladies were so lovely. "

"Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."

"Estava em família viajando para o meio do nada, Com criança e minha esposa grávida. Chego na Pousada e minha reserva não existia por parte da pousada e a Pousada estava lotada. Mesmo mostrando o comprovante de reserva tivemos que ir embora. Tentamos achar outro lugar para pernoitar em Vina ou Valparaíso ou Concon mas sem sucesso algum. Tivemos que pernoitar em um hotel de estrada com uma estrutura pífia. Crianca chorando e gravida desconfortavel reclamando, ja imaginou? "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! got there and they refused our booking as they said Expedia owed them money. They turned us away! Contacted Expedia who said they would try and get us a refund as they’d already sent the money, but they wouldn't give us a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES! VERY DODGEY!!"
