By mistake, we had made our reservation for the wrong date and she fixed the error quickly. A big thanks to her . Breakfast had several choices , hot and cold . Pool was clean and accessible for seniors . Would recommend."

"The photo of the hotel on the Internet is an old photo and nothing like the actual building. The Manager had no idea as to how to register me. The building is more than twenty years old and looks that way. TV remote didn't work, trash not picked up for several days, dryer didn't work so no clean towels or bedsheets, microwave controls only in Spanish, driveway and parking lot had large potholes, all communications are written out on paper or old cardboard, Sherif patrol was called twice. "Great place to stay the night after a 2 hour drive plus 3 flights. Easy drive from Rochester airport. Quiet as there was no conference."

"- No alarm clocks. I had to spend the first night going over to the microwave to check the time numerous times and then arrange for a wake up call. Then I had to go buy an alarm clock the next day. Never seen a hotel room without one before. Bizarre. - Asked if I needed to request housekeeping, but they said no, they had a list. Then I got back the first day and they HADN'T come. I made sure to request it the following days and they came. - Breakfast is mediocre at best. Maybe I missed some...

"Parking staff"

"Hotel was clean and basic, knowing there were 3 occupants, I wish they set up the room with enough towels and pillows so I didn’t have to call and ask. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."

"The room was ok but in desperate need of updates and repairs. The toilet in the bathroom was 1980s vintage with extremely low toilet, I am guessing a 13 or 14 inch high toilet seat, much too low for senior citizen’s comfort. The double toilet paper roll was hanging the was as if someone had tried to rip it out. There were poorly done shower repairs. In all, Not a welcoming experience. "
