"Fabulous hospitality, stunning location. Thank you"

"Our room was nice and clean. The staff were happy and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious."

"I was offered an upgrade from a classic double to a feature double (for an extra £30pn) which I took. It was in the old part of the hotel. The room was very cold as the radiators were not working. I enquired at reception and was told that they would speak to someone to see if it could be sorted. "Suitable for a short stay but not long as space is very limited in the family room. The spare bed was a sofa bed which was very springy and you could feel the springs. Tv was problematic and didnt work. Other than the negatives mentioned- the main bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good condition."

"Fantastic property! Very accommodating and great service, highly recommend. Great breakfast as well."

"Quiet comfortable hotel good location, good parking, good room only niggle was corridors felt cold perhaps heating not on yet other . Also only 5 minutes from motorway if on a long journey."

"Truly wonderful staff, great food, lovely overall ambience. Our mattress was very hard and the bed frame creaked badly which led to disturbed sleep. Breakfast was very good and the bar area and restaurant are lovely places to spend time in."

"Setting is stunning. Good gorgeous and rooms really lovely and comfy. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Totally recommend a visit."

"Amazing and super friendly staff"

"The hotel has a wonderful ambience , probably created by the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as hard working. The cleanliness and efficiency is created by this commitment shown by the personell"

"Best breakfast to set you up for the day. Always clean, friendly and helpful. Great laundry service too."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and pleasant, and I was genuinely happy with the overall experience. The only thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was the parking, which I found far too expensive for a hotel. I believe parking should either be free for hotel guests or offered at a more reasonable and affordable price. Apart from the parking costs, I really enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the room."
