"The property is well located in the heart of Madrid and the staff was cool with us. We didn't like the room: very dark, tiny and with no door for the bathroom, which meant every noise and odour would flow into the room. "

"The room had everything we need to enjoy our stay. The bed of the deluxe room is huge, a king-plus size, and very comfortable. Hotel is near both, Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, that was very convenient. Staff was courteous and breakfast was very good. I really recommend Hotel Liabeny."

The open kitchen with free coffee was amazing, and to get a breakfast bag on your door each morning was just the right touch to be even happier of staying here. "This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"The rooms are very small and the bathroom has a tub shower which is dangerous to get in and out of due to a glass partition. Very friendly staff and excellent food in the dinning room."
