"This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it."

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Modern design, and quiet. The location was a 2 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. It cancels the need for expensive water taxi, or crowded vaporetto, or labored walking with heavy luggage through narrow streets, up and down the steps of the bridges , to get to the hotel. It was hassle- free, and quite convenient for us, as we arrived by train from Rome. From the hotel, it is a leisurely walk to… anywhere, including St. Mark’s Basilica. This...

"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. "Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation. The staff were EXCELLENT. The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want…. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good. The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen...

"This is a quaint little boutique hotel. Very good bathroom. Rooms exceptionally with limited lighting. Staff VERY helpful. Be aware- rooms upstairs, now elevator. Staff carried our bags up and down. Location was 4 min walk from a couple different water taxi/publix transports. 15 min walk to st marks. Would definitely recommend"
