We asked for extra blankets and a pillow and they never came. We called the front desk three times and they kept saying they were “on their way.”

The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence
No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.

Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati/Mason
Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family.
