"Soap in our shower was empty. Big bottles with and inducatur window, but empty. Same with our traveling companions room. Traffic was very loud. Staff was great."

I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. "Light above sink didn’t work. Tub faucet was very hard to use. Needed more bed pillows or some that weren’t so flat. No ice"

"Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately."
