"Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even went the extra mile to ensure I was placed on the first floor, as I needed to use my walker. The room itself was clean; however, the door’s safety lock was broken, and the shower diverter would not engage properly. As a result, the water pressure during the shower was poor, with water continuing to flow from the spout."
