"Parking was hard and there was a Coke missing from the minibar"

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"The rooms and bed were very clean and comfortable.there was no smoke smell anywhere.the restaurant was great and the staff were quick and accommodating the location is great also so close to everything.will definitly stay there again"

"We stayed the weekend with our kids. You don’t need to leave the property! It has everything. It’s almost like it’s own small city. The rooms were large and clean. They text you when you check in and it was super convenient to be able to text back with any needs. We needed extra sheets and blankets for the pull out and they were there in less than 10 minutes!"

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."

"The first room we were put in had a bench right outside the door where other guests would sit and talk on their phones and smoke. Our door had daylight showing under the door which allowed their smoke to come straight into our room. The smell was horribly strong and we had a headache within minutes. We were able to change rooms and those issues no longer mattered. In the new room, The shower was made for a 4’ tall person and was extremely loud and only half the water actually came out of the...
