"Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc."

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "

"Close to amenities, good transport link. 3 Rooms in an apartment. So shared space but individual rooms and bathroom. Liked the little touches of iron, toiletries, towels and slippers. Each room had a small fridge and desk space. Would recommend. "

On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming. "Petit hôtel dans un quartier plutôt excentré du cœur de la ville, mais près du métro (5min) ou de la ligne de train pour se rendre vers l’aéroport (7min de marche). Rome étant bien desservie en transport en commun, tout se fait bien pour les déplacements. Personnel A1, chambre a été faite à tous les jours. Le personnel au déjeuner très attentionné. Sebastian à la réception accueillant. Chambre assez petite, mais fonctionnelle et tout y est (sauf peut-être fer à repasser si requis ). "

"Continental breakfast really good. Staff lovely. Property tired and dated but clean. 30 minute walk to Colosseum. 5 min walk to buses which now do tap and go with contactless card. We used google maps to help navigate and had a great weekend. "

"First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...

"Malheureusement une mauvaise odeur ce dégagait partout dans la chambre et la toilette, la propreté n'y étais pas non plus , présence de fourmis et bestiol sur le plancher, aucune manette pour l'air climatisé et la thermopompe qui nous aurait peut-être permis d'améliorer la qualité de l'air mais hélas non.
