"Relais Garbatella is well-situated in a very local Roman neighborhood in Garbatella. A hop skip from Colosseum, 3 metro stops away on Line A and also conveniently accessible to Termini; might I mention that the Garbatella metro station is only 2.5 streets/blocks away. My liking of Relais Garbatella began well before stepping foot on the property. Luca’s above and beyond hospitality came in the form of openness with accommodation requests, answering questions about Rome, or needing extra supplies...

"The property was very modern, everything very smart and clean. The bathroom was really good, excellent shower. Breakfast was good. The only problem was actually finding the precise location as there is no big sign with the hotel name and it’s actually behind locked gates. It was raining heavily as I was searching for the hotel. I would certainly stay there again."

"One thing I can say, it was my first time doing everything electronic, I was skeptical. Had all the what if’s❤️ the communication was impeccable! You can not go wrong booking this suite! Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! "Room was immaculate Plenty of hot water in the shower and a good forceful stream. Beds super comfortable with plenty of pillows and linen Air conditioning worked great Our breakfast was included and there was ample offerings! Cappuccino was great too! Staff was kind, attentive and helpful! Outside the city proper so you would need to cab it or public transportation, but the neighborhood had some great authentic Italian neighborhood places! "Punctual host, clean room, minimum but fine breakfast. Near the b&b there are 2 supermarkets, one of them opens 24h. Pretty better than other b&b in Rome in this trip."

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "

"Ich war zufrieden. Die Lage war fast zentral und das Frühstückbuffet gut. Es wäre jedoch wünschenswert wenn die Schalter in den Zimmer ausgewechselt werden, diese wirken aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit schmutzig. Zudem ist bei mir mehrfach in der Dusche das Metal zum Festellen zwischen Brause und Regendusche entgegen gekommen, welches ich dann wieder einsetzen musste. Hier wären regelmäßige Wartungen hilfreich."

"Simple yet good experience here. Location has some walkable amenities but we did have to take a metro to the center of the city. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious despite being only 5$, this gets you some good protein options, pastries produce juice and coffee . Staff is super kind and accommodating. "
