"Absolutely terrible experience at RumFish Beach Resort. The rooms were filthy, the shower was disgusting, and the air conditioning did not work, making the stay unbearable. When we complained, customer service did little to nothing to resolve the issues. We were promised refunds for the resort fees, but that never happened. On top of that, the hotel refuses to answer calls or properly address concerns, and they have completely refused to refund our stay after such a horrible experience. For the...

"This was the first time that a room exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom with the huge balcony was amazing and we were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 child. I travel approximately ten times a year and this was by far my best hotel experience. Thank you! When I come back I am definitely staying here again. "
