"The location of the hotel is excellent as it's close to the beach, but away from the sea front. Just a 10 minute walk away. The staff were really friendly and were helpful. The rooms were large but the decor is a little dated and there were a lot of stairs to the top floor. "One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "Location was perfect, trains, buses, pubs, takeaways, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Staff were brilliant Hannah on reception was one of the nicest girls, met you with a smile, nothing was any trouble to her, breakfast was lovely, great choices, a fried egg was only thing missing 😁"

"Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"
