It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "

Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again."
