"clean and quiet"

"Hotel smells of Fabuloso cleaner so much so it takes your breath away!!! Bathroom had hair everywhere and the gap under the entry door to the room is so big you can see and hear Everything!!!"

"Everyone at the front desk that was there for our five day. Stay was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. Included breakfast in the morning. We’re very well stocked and the food was high-quality. Would certainly stay here again!"

"Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again."

"The room wasn’t clean. We found a stick on nail in the shower. All of our shampoos were missing, but we had 2 bottles of half open body wash. Our hot water never got hot. The pool was ok. Location great. Beds great. Overall hotel was good for 1 night. Don’t make it an extended stay"

"Our room would not cool down, the equipment in the gym was broken, the ice machine room always smelled like dirty diapers"

"We urgently needed a place to stay due to power failure in our area. With 2 dogs, this hotel located around the corner from our employer was a blessing. My only complaint is with the person who designed the shower stalls - you have to walk in to turn on the fawcet and experience cold water before it gets warm :( Otherwise, a great stay with this hotel."

"Hotels was the best I've stayed in lately. Very clean, very spacious room. Great all around!"

"One of the front desk staff was great the others were ok. Not personable. The room was basic, the bed was ok but the pillows were great. The bathroom was not as clean as I hoped and the coffee machine in the room was dirty. The breakfast was minimal at best. Watery eggs, make your own waffles, biscuits were tasty and then cereal, bread for making toast and little yogurts. Overall it was a place to lay your head until the noise from the hallways woke you up."

"Got to the property to check in at 12:15AM after a concert in Hershey that evening. Was confirmed by the hotel when we booked FEBRUARY 9th that a late check in was fine. Told at check in that they had to cancel our reservation due to "unforeseen circumstances". The front desk person told me they had "attempted" to get in contact with me to tell me. I pulled up my call log as well as my email--NOTHING. I was then told they had refunded my payment and had booked me a room "down the road" at a...
