"This property and our stay exceeded our expectations! The overall energy is great and the service was impeccable! We will definitely be coming back. Donna, Latara and Ana were hospitable and very accommodating. This will be my home away from home when we take our annual Orlando trip or come down to visit our daughter and grandkids. I want to thank the staff for their service! Side note the view and the breakfast were icing on the cake! 🙌✨✨✨"

"staff at breakfast were nice - person at the desk checking in and later wasn't very nice. Room was decent enough, pretty much felt a little duped by the photos that they place was more high end than what it really was. Still enjoyed our time, just wasn't what we expected."

"The room is excellent, location is excellent, amenities excellent; the only two things that were bad were the duvet was badly stained it was not old, it was washed; however, at that point you replace it! The air conditioning is either boiling hot or freezing the temperature is not right and we froze. The staff was great and quality of room was great. "

"I don’t know how this property has a 4.2 rating on Expedia, unless we were just unlucky with our room which smelled really bad and was run down. The pool wasn’t in great shape either. All staff, except one female staff (heavily made up) on reception were courteous and friendly. She was unprofessional and rude to her coworker in front of me. Our room in my opinion smelled of a mixture of stale smoke and urine, to my husband it smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was in great need of a renovation...

"No complaints here. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars but the elevator was broken and it’s hard to find a chair at the pool but overall this place was great! I would definitely recommend or return. "

" We have stayed at this hotel several times, but unfortunately this will be our last visit. We’ve noticed that the cleanliness has declined with each stay. There was dust throughout the room, kitchen cups and utensils were dirty with food residue, and the bathroom had mold. It’s disappointing because the hotel is otherwise very convenient and breakfast is great. "
