"Very clean room,great breakfast"

"We started checking washer & dryer availability at 330pm. We typically never have a problem with the laundry room when traveling but not at this hotel. We stayed in Columbus earlier this year and didnt have a problem. Orlando being a huge hub for international tourists, the hotel needs a laundry room on each floor. With so many international travelers, who don't bring a ton of luggage or 2 weeks of clothing like we do ,we realized we had to strategically plan just to wash our clothes. With only...

"En el hotel me fue muy bien, las habitaciones en términos generales fueron cómodas. El desayuno no era espectacular pero si bueno y la atención adecuada. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, ya requieren unos pequeños retoques (para una persona observadora) en ciertas áreas, pero en términos generales las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado. Lo que si hay que destacar es la ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal. Si lo recomiendo."

"Everybody was extremely nice & helpful, the hotel its self was very clean, the food was amazing. If your room is not ready they have a section where they hold onto your luggage for you until your room is available for you as well. The transportation to the parks was also great as well. The only thing that bothered me was how hot the pool water was. It was like taking a bath. Other than that I have no complaints at all."

"I have stayed at the property before so I knew what to more or less expect. It was well kept it was clean. It was very secure this time I stayed at the back of the building on the fifth floor. The last time I was at the front so I was overlooking Orlando eye, but I have nothing negative to say about the property. It was well kept and very quiet."
