"The staff at this hotel were fantastic and really were the only reason for the okay score.
I believe the hotel is going through a refurbishment and it really does need it.
We were in a superior family room in a separate building across the car park/front of the hotel which doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. You have to order room service or walk back to the main building for food or drinks.
The room was quite small and dated. The air conditioning didn’t work which was addressed very quickly,...

"I was very disappointed with several aspects of this property - the smallest room advertised was smaller than a shoebox. A room that size should not be rented, it makes guests super uncomfortable. Furthermore, it is not layed out in a way that would maximize the small space adequately. Additionally, I made several noise complaint to management and nothing was done. They seemed entirely indifferent to the situation."

"No elevators so expect to walk up some narrow stairs with your luggage. We didn't mind it. Staff was great. Easy check in and out. Small but comfortable rooms. Shower was extremely small as it was a small corner shower enclosure but it got the job done. I would recommend if you are not too picky about the things listed above. Easy access to bus and transport stations. Also very walkable neighborhood and close walking distance to shopping, sites eyeing, food and more."

"The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. "The room was clean and comfortable. We had all that we needed. The hotel is well located. The staff was qelcoming, friendand very helpful. It is right across from the Tube. So convenient. What we didn't want to walk to, we could grab the Tube for an easy ride. The only thing we didn't like was that they have a workout room but it is only available 8 am to 8 pm. 8 am is too late for a workout."
