"Easy check in, staff were super helpful. Room was a great size, clean and nice and bright. Struggled to get the app to connect to my Expedia booking to control all the mod-cons but it wasn't critical - I could still use the TV remote the old fashioned way! Really enjoyed our stay here as an overnight stop to break up a long journey and would definitely recommend to other travellers!"

"Spacious room with outstanding cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Sadly, not possible to use any of the spa facilities (pool, sauna) without purchasing a treatment and while I really did want a massage, the timings of treatments just couldn’t fit my schedule."

"Really nice hotel in the country. It is situated right next to a lake which is beautiful. We had a lake view room which was amazing. The bathroom shower head and tap were not that good and they splashed water everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Breakfast was very good."

Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
