"We had a four night reservation for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. The hot tubs were not working and we were suppose to have a room with a bathtub but we didn’t. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. Which we didn’t say anything about or make a big deal of but things just kept compounding. "Lovely hotel. Very welcoming to dog guests as well as their humans. Room and property very nice and spotless. Loved the free shuttle to town where pups can ride too. The only suggestion would be to create a convenient designated area where pups can take care of business."
