Room was very clean and had most things that we wanted, however needed to call for robes, extra bath towels and toiletries. Also we did not like the mattress as it was not comfy per usual hilton standards. Not firm enough. Other than that the stay was fine.

AC Hotel by Marriott Columbus Downtown
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities were great. The rooftop restaurant/bar was very nice with great food. The room was clean and comfortable. There is so much within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Sonesta Columbus Downtown
Room was nice and the bed was comfortable! My biggest upset was that there was construction happening in the room next to us. I was hoping for a morning sleeping in but that didn’t happen once the construction began. Would be nice if they didn’t book rooms close to one under repair.

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.
