"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future."

"This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it."

It cancels the need for expensive water taxi, or crowded vaporetto, or labored walking with heavy luggage through narrow streets, up and down the steps of the bridges , to get to the hotel. "We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or...

"Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation. The staff were EXCELLENT. The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want…. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good. The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen...

We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. "This is a quaint little boutique hotel. Very good bathroom. Rooms exceptionally with limited lighting. Staff VERY helpful. Be aware- rooms upstairs, now elevator. Staff carried our bags up and down. Location was 4 min walk from a couple different water taxi/publix transports. 15 min walk to st marks. Would definitely recommend"
