Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"Great location, extremely clean, nice view of the canals from our room, the AC worked well. They offered us complementary champagne upon arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. Whether I needed a steamer, extra cotton pads, or help selecting a bottle of wine, the front desk staff were attentive. A ton of mosquitos - be prepared and bring your own repellent!"

"Quite a walking distance from the station but room was nice. They allowed us to put our luggage in the room early when we reached around 11am. The cleaning was actually done while the contact was explaining stuff to us, and we were able to check in. Room includes a washing machine, with a kitchen area with induction cooker and utensils provided. We made our own pasta by buying ingredients from a nearby convenient store"

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel completely misrepresented the room. I booked a room for 3 adults - the sofa bed barely fits a 5 year old child. I booked a pay at the property reservation and the hotel threatened to cancel the reservation unless I paid in full before my arrival. There was no way to know how bad the accommodations were until I checked in because we could not see the room in advance and I was forced to pay before arriving at the hotel even though I...
