"Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception. Our room came with a bottle of local sparkling wine included and they also give you a bottle of water each every night. "Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again. "

But also short walk to Academia bridge & squares & good restaurants. We utilized the Allileguna upon departure to get us to airport & it was short 2 block walk. "

"Awesome hotel, great location and really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well. The only downfall for us (which was easily solved night 2) was the noise outside in the square - from 7pm to 4am it was really loud with music and people screaming and hollering (drunk!) so the next morning we went out and got ear plugs which solved the problem for the second night and we slept really well. Would absolutely stay again, but will make sure to have ear plugs! Also, a tip - don’t pack a...
