"Great location and having laundry on premise was very helpful. A quick walk from train station and you’re there. You will encounter a two section of stairs for canal crossing, but that’s Venice. My only complaint was some of the furniture looked a little worn and stained. But overall, it was a great property."

"Good rooms, amazing city, terrible service. The rooms were average size, quiet, and very clean. The neighbourhood is lovely, and positioned conveniently close to the train station and transit. Customer service was disappointing, though: every staff interaction gave a clear impression that guests were an annoyance. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, the hotel is fine. If you’re looking for your hotel to be part of your Venice experience, I’d look elsewhere."

"Do not stay here. It isn’t a nice shopping area. The front desk didn’t know what a water taxi was and the housekeeping kept telling us they had to leave at 2:00 pm so we had to get the room “clean” before then. They didn’t actually clean just straightened up. They wouldn’t mail a postcard. The floors are noisy because they are not carpet. The only nice people were the bartenders. Pancakes and waffle served cold. Fresh cooked eggs are extra. The room service isn’t really room service...

"Wonderful little hotel in the best location from the train station in Venice. Rooms were small but comfortable beds, air conditioned, and quiet. Breakfast and the bar were very good. Staff was amazing and so helpful. My daughter got sick on the trip, and the front desk was great for getting us to pharmacy. When I come to Venice again, I would definitely stay here again."
