The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is super friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Cute little bar with good drinks and attentive bartender. Location is good if you don’t want to haul your suitcases through the city or pay for water taxi and reasonable walking distance from major locations. Beautiful patio/garden in back which we unfortunately could not use as it rained for the two days we were there. Definitely recommend!"
