"If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves. The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. "The hotel was undergoing a major PIP. It’s always challenging for a hotel that’s tired and trying hard to hang onto their flag to pull off construction without disrupting guests. It was inconsequential to us, as we were here for one night, but it would’ve been nice if the construction was disclosed prior to booking. "Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL"

"The only “ amenity” really is the breakfast. it has the typical simple buffet (solid). Our first room had a terrible smell, could not stay in there. the staff quickly rectified and gave us another room. however, working in Hartford the room fit the value of the price and you are right downtown. We we’re staying over for a concert."

"No hygiene products included, no fridge nor microwave. Just a simple bed and bathroom. Basic economy level stay. Plenty of parking available. Some stuff are rude in the night shifts"

"Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."

"Indoor pool was freezing. The“buffet breakfast” was a brown bag with granola bar, apple, and water. Ice machine leaked water in the hall. Stains on bedding and shower curtain. Mold in shower. Lots of trash outside the sliding glass doors. The place has people living in the hotel. Looks so run down on the outside with no signage, I didn’t know it was a functioning hotel. I immediately wanted to leave."

"It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

"The rooms smelled awful, and the people at the establishment were scary! I couldn’t stay I had to leave and I can’t get my money back. They wouldn’t accommodate me for a non-smoking a month."

"Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty."

"It wasn’t how it looked on the picture and the rooms wasn’t cleaned and they have bed bugs and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was rude and the internet kept going out"

"This is my first ever negative hotel review and I've done at lot of business and personal travel. Tub drain very slow and not clean, sink had barely any water flow and this drain also extremely slow, hair dryer didn't work but got replaced, toilet paper holder held onto the wall with tape, no smoking but cigarette burn bed spread. No offer for any compensation. I will be very skeptical about staying at any Wyndham property in the future."

"Stayed just for a few hours. Couldn't get the TV to work, plus the other people in the rooms next to me had kids running up and down the stairs and being loud in the hallways. The bed was a vast improvement from last time. It was worth it for a few hours stay and and a good nap. I will return in the future."
