"The Goodwin is a shell of its former self. Bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, breakfast was worse than a Comfort Inn. Zero amenities. The Valet staff was wonderful. The rest of the staff was next to useless. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was just summarily told no."

"Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!"

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated."

"They advertise pets stay free but I was charged for both my dogs I’ve stayed in other hotels that are pet friendly and are super clean this property was not even one of the beds smelled like pee couldn’t sleep people where playing loud music at all times it was a very unpleasant stay"

"The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well"

"Might be the nicest super 8 ive ever stayed in. For the price point, nothing to complain about. Late checkout was cheap & accommodating, AC worked, no bugs, close to food & convenience store. What more can you ask for from a motel."

"First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least,...
