"I reserved the room through Expedia ten minutes before my arrival, but it took nearly an hour for hotel staff to receive the reservation. In the interval, the room I requested was given to a walk-in customer. The staff blamed Expedia's reservation system, but I knew the reservation had been sent to Hilton because I got a partial reservation number. "Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. "Terrible smell of smoke in room. People right outside room talking until well after midnight. Bed needed to be remade - top sheet was on top of blanket (which had burn holes)."

"We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time."
