Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. "Overall, we had a great experience with just one minor issue. To start with the positives: the hotel was clean, in a prime location very close to Museo del Prado, and the breakfast was excellent. As for the minor issue, we asked the front desk if we could borrow some clean silverware for dinner (we had to get takeout since all restaurants were fully booked due to Good Friday), but it was never delivered to our room.
