"The room was comfortable and clean. I liked having daily cleaning service. The check in staff (Sarah) was most helpful. Decaf coffee was not available anywhere in the hotel which was surprising . Coffee pods of decaf with espresso were available in the room."

Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. "I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all.
