"The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier."

"We loved our recent stay at PH Cancun in Costa Mujeres. The amazing daily support, care & attention we received from our two Expedia concierge attendants Dana & David were INCREDIBLE! The absolute sweetest & right there to make sure every little detail was exactly to our needs from taking care of my mom on her birthday with cakes, singing, etc to booking us at restaurants & even making sure we had the best coffee every morning in our room! Every day we received texts from Dana and David ❤️WOW!!!...
