"Very stylish hotel that maximises on its history. The decor is well appointed. I did find that the hotel shower head wasn't great with many of the water holes clogged with limescale and mould. These would benefit from a deep clean. Another criticism is that the roof top bar has slow service and the men's toilets had no hand soap. This was asked for but never materialised. Everything else was clean."

"The hotel has plenty to offer. The only downside was no Aircon on a particularly hot evening and the inability to open the windows wide enough to let any air in. There was a fan provided but it didn't have the power to make a difference. Otherwise a good venue."

"Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places."

Loud music going on 1.30am Our door was broken,was told at check in,we was given impression someone was coming to look,no one did. "DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet...

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

"Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...
