"Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. "The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped!

"Beds were comfortable. Check in and Check out were easy. Room was clean and open. We had everything we needed, including coffee or tea for the AM. I would absolutely stay there again.
Everything is nearby, you are within walking distance of the train station, a great shopping area, and historic Coventry with University of Coventry. The hotel was able to easily call a cab for us to get to the University of Warwick and to the train station (we were in a rush) . Unfortunately, it appears shops...

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception .
The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"
